Arrangr integrates with your video conferencing platform of choice. Whether you prefer Zoom, GoToMeeting, Skype, UberConference, Google Hangouts, or Google Meet, our seamless integrations make setting up the call effortless. If you prefer another platform, no problem – we have a “custom” option that lets you insert the details for your call, whatever the platform.

To take advantage of our new Google Meet integration, all you need to do is have a Google calendar linked to your Arrangr account (and you need to enable Arrangr to insert your meetings into your calendar). Then, schedule a meeting with Google Meet as the call option, we will automatically have Google generate a new conference link and call-in info. We’ll share the info on the meeting page, and in a timely reminder shortly before the meeting to your attendees, making it easy for everyone to get on the call with no hiccups.

Don’t have G Suite, just a regular Google Calendar? No problem! We can still use our integration with your calendar to generate a Google Hangout for your meetings. It won’t have all the bells and whistles of Google Meet, like a separate phone dial-in and a higher participant limit, but it will still let you hold video conferences with ease. With Google Meet releasing some fresh new features, like an expanded grid view, AI-driven low light enhancement, and single-tab sharing, it’s a great time to give Google Meet a try with!
