Agents will now be able to schedule a specific date, time, method (be it a video or traditional phone call) for a follow-up meeting with a customer. Even an in-person meeting can be arranged with ease. Use cases range from agents being able to present a few possible follow-up times for the customer to immediately book, or share a supervisor’s or “level-two” tech support’s specific booking link for the customer to select a time that works for them.
